Training and Capacity Building will support China in further developing an effective ETS by increasing effective emission trading capacities in the country. Direct training courses for Chinese authorities and industry representatives as well as specific capacity building measures designed to address capacity bottlenecks on the Chinese side shall be undertaken to this end.
