In close collaboration with Hubei Ecology and Environment Bureau, another ETS Capacity Building Training was successfully held during May 21-22 in Wuhan. Over 380 local officials and industrial representativesattended the training. 

During the training, experts from Tsinghua University, Hubei Emission Exchange Center, SinoCarbon and MEE gave lectures on the key elements of emission trading system, includingcoverage, allocation, MRV, and compliance rules.The industrial managers fromdomestic and international enterprises also shared their experiences of carbon asset management and international emission trading strategies.

The 2-day training received positive feedback for its rich and targeted content, which lays a good foundation for the ETS development in the future.
